St. John's College and Academy alumni needing official copies of their St. John's Transcripts must write to the following to receive them:

Concordia is the sole custodian of all the St. John's College and Academy's academic records. Transcripts are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is no charge for this service. You may also access the transcript request form at

www.cune.edu

When ordering a transcript, alumni should give their full name and social security numbers. Women must provide, in addition, their maiden name and any other married name which they have used. It should be plainly noted that this is a request for a St. John's College transcript. Complete information regarding name is required to search the files for a complete record of academic credit attempted and earned.
